Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Chamber celebrates the opening of new businesses or locations and welcomes new Chamber members with ribbon cuttings, new member pictures, and other events and activities.
Founded in 2019, Gentle Care Consultants, LLC is a cottage independent clinic simplifying health care in Effingham, IL. As a clinical nurse specialist APRN, Shelly Kuhns originally opened the clinic in the East Pointe Center (Agracel) Building, and just recently moved to 602 W. Franklin Ave. in November 2021.
Kuhns practice is focused on careful care coordination and personalized care of adult and geriatric clients. Kuhns accepts self-referrals from individuals and from other providers in the area who have identified clients requiring careful management through extended time and close interactions with a provider in order to avoid rehospitalizations, worsening of chronic conditions, substance misuse, or unmanaged overall health and wellness.
