Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The November winner of the Shining Stars award is Jackson Carlen from Eagles Nest Pre School.
Dairy Queen of Effingham is proud to recognize the up and coming youngster for his efforts and dreams. Jackson wants to be either a fireman or a truck driver with his dinosaur partner.
