WHAT:
- Single Vehicle Crash with Injury
WHERE:
- Interstate 57 northbound at Mile Post 172
WHEN:
- July 21, 2020 at 9:08 A.M.
VEHICLE:
- Unit 1 – Green 1998 Chevrolet Astro Van
DRIVER:
- Unit 1 – Nancy Harrington, a 67 year old female from Freeport, IL – Airlifted to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
PASSENGERS:
- Unit 1 – Gregory Reed, a 66 year old male from Freeport, IL. – Transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
- Unit 1 – A 10 year old female from Monroe, WI – Transported by ambulance to an area hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
PRELIMINARY:
- Preliminary investigative details indicate the following occurred: For an unknown reason, the driver of unit 1 swerved off of the roadway to the left. Unit 1 overturned and came to rest on its roof in the center median. All three occupants were transported to area hospitals with non-life threatening injuries. No further information will be disseminated at this time.
