Washington, DC -(Effingham Radio)- President Trump says Americans are very happy with his decision to commute the sentence of his longtime friend Roger Stone.
The President said Americans want justice and said Stone was not treated fairly. Trump said he’s very happy with his decision.
Stone was sentenced for lying to Congress, obstructing an official proceeding and witness tampering. All those charges were tied to an investigation into President Trump and his campaign. Stone was scheduled to start serving his sentence of more than three years this week.
