• 1600th Av at Cardinal Ln – Summit Township 

WHEN:

• 07/10/2020 at 9:45 am 

VEHICLE:

• Unit 1: Black 2012 Buick Regal
• Unit 2: White 2019 Nissan Sentra

DRIVER:                   

• Unit 1:  Daphne S. McCormack, 35, of Effingham
• Unit 2:  Carrie J. Lewis, 57, of Iuka

PRELIMINARY:      

• Unit 2 was stopped west bound on 1600th Av and waiting to turn left onto Cardinal Ln. Unit 1 was traveling west bound on 1600th Av and struck the rear of Unit 2.
