Ameren Illinois Announces COVID-19 Relief Program Expansion

Springfield, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Ameren Illinois officials say a COVID-19 relief program is being expanded.

They said yesterday that the Ameren Illinois COVID-19 Economic Hardship Recovery Program will provide payment options and assistance to struggling customers in paying their bills.

The program is receiving funding from LIHEAP, Warn Neighbors, Cool Friends, and Ameren Illinois’ Fresh Start Program.
