Mattoon, IL -(Effingham Radio)- There were two crashes on I-57 between the Neoga and Lake Land College exits earlier today. ISP is on the scene. Reporting indicates that the southbound lane has been re-opened, but the northbound lanes may remain closed for a few more hours.
