Motorcyclist Who Drove Through Protesting Crowd In Bloomington Arrested For Hate Crime

Bloomington, IL -(Effingham Radio)- A motorcyclist is under arrest, accused of a hate crime.

Police say 21-year-old Marshall Blanchard hit two people Sunday while driving his motorcycle through a crowd at a protest rally in downtown Bloomington. One woman was hospitalized for stomach injuries. A man was also treated for an injured arm.
