Restaurants, Bars, Retail Set To Reopen Friday

Amy Becker, Metro NewsSpringfield, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Restaurants, bars, and retail shops are set to reopen Friday.

Restaurants and bars will be allowed to provide outdoor seating as long as guidelines for social distancing and sanitation are met.

Retailers must also follow similar guidelines related to capacity and sanitation.
