Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- A Republican congressman is telling President Trump to stop promoting what the lawmaker calls a “completely unfounded conspiracy” theory about former GOP Congressman Joe Scarborough.
Illinois Representative Adam Kinzinger tweeted on Sunday, “Just stop. Stop spreading it, stop creating paranoia. It will destroy us.” Trump has been tweeting and retweeting conspiracy theories hinting that Scarborough might have killed a woman who worked in one his Florida field offices in 2001. She struck her head when she fainted because of an undiagnosed heart condition.
Police found no evidence of foul play and a medical examiner ruled her death an accident.
