Route 40 West Of Effingham Closed Due To Crash

Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Police have closed off Route 40 west of Effingham (By the S-curve on the way to Altamont) due to a crash.

Effingham Police stated that the road will be closed off for roughly an hour while they clear the road. They ask that you seek alternate routes if you must travel through that area. Please use caution in that area.
