Effingham, IL -(Vandalia Radio)- We hear today from State Senator Jason Plummer, as we talk a little about the coronavirus pandemic in Illinois and the more specifically about Governor Pritzker’s Stay At Home order, that has now been in place for the entire State of Illinois, which has been in place since 5 pm on March 21st and will remain in place until April 30th at the earliest.
Senator Plummer says the “One Size Fits All” governing is not a good idea for this issue, or for many others, in the State of Illinois.
Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order has shown signs that it is helping curb the spread of COVID-19, but rural areas may see a more lasting impact economically. The safety of the people is still the most important factor moving forward.
