Sullivan, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Moultrie County officials are releasing the cause of death for five-year-old Tyson Mendoza.
Officials say Tyson died from severe head trauma due to blunt force injury.
Tyson was one of eleven children on a school bus that recently collided with an SUV driven by 56-year-old Lori Samples at an intersection on Route 32 near Sullivan.
Both were pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
