Peoria, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The National Weather Service is confirming that two tornadoes touched down in Central Illinois over the weekend.
The first tornado hit Friday night in Fulton County, damaging trees and causing roof damage on several properties.
The second tornado struck near Emden, blowing in with a storm that produced tennis ball sized hail and significant wind damage.
No one was injured.
