- Effingham City Police arrested 46 year old Travis M. Tarrant of Watson for retail theft, possession of s controlled substance, possession of meth, and resisting/obstructing a police officer. Travis was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 37 year old Zachary D. Tegenkamp of Effingham for violating a stalking/no contact order. Zachary was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42 year old Justin M. Spillari of Wheeler for retail theft and driving while license revoked. Justin was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 44 year old Amanda E. Genaust of Effingham for retail theft and possession of meth. Amanda was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Riley D. Funneman of Wheeler for possession of medical cannabis in vehicle outside approved container by cardholder passenger. Riley was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Dalton W. Dasenbrock for possession of medical cannabis in vehicle outside approved container by cardholder driver. Dalton was given an NTA and was released.
