EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Jusel Muniz Tosado of Effingham for direct criminal contempt of court, pending sentence. Jusel was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 23 year old Alvaro D. Martinez Monge of Pacoma, CA for operating a vehicle with no valid license/permit. Alvaro was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Leanndra P. Sollars of Effingham for illegal consumption of alcohol by minor. Leanndra was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 18 year old Jeffery A. Dotterweich II of Louisville for illegal consumption of alcohol by minor. Jeffery was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57 year old Darryl L. Russell of Cowden for aggravated battery to a police officer, resisting/obstructing a police officer, criminal damage to property, DUI alcohol, improper lane usage, and display of false insurance card. Darryl was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Felipe Paiz Gomez of Effingham for DUI alcohol, illegal transportation/carry of alcohol by driver, improper lane usage, and disregarding a stop sign. Felipe was taken to the Effingham County Jail and is pending release.
- Effingham City Police arrested 50 year old Abenamar Bravo Carrillo of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for driving when never issued a license and obstructing identification. Abenamar was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
