- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45 year old Curtis L. Shoemaker of Flora for an Effingham County FTA warrant for contempt for eviction. Curtis posted bond and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 22 year old Cloey N. Haddix of Effingham for criminal damage to property >$500. Cloey was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 30 year old Darris D. Smith of Chicago for possession of a firearm with revoked FOID card and unlawful transportation of a weapon. Darris was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 66 year old Edna R. Campbell of Effingham for domestic battery. Edna was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Dalton J. Bloemer of Teutopolis for DUI alcohol. Dalton was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 28 year old Presley R. Randolph of Effingham for a Champaign County FTA warrant for criminal damage to property $500-$10k. Presley was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40 year old Steven G. Miller of Edgewood for domestic battery. Steven was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 20 year old Nicholas A. Courtwright of Effingham for criminal damage to property. Nicholas was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 57 year old Scott S. Shabbing of Effingham for DUI alcohol and illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by driver. Scott was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 21 year old Jacob T. Foster of St. Elmo for DUI alcohol, improper lane usage, leaving the scene, expired registration, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 45 year old Robert A. Larson of Effingham for DUI alcohol. Robert was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Derek R. Yazbeck of Mesquite, TX for domestic battery. Derek was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 42 year old Shannon E. Ingram of Mesquite, TX for domestic battery. Shannon was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Illinois State Police arrested 40 year old Kenneth D. King of Chicago for driving on a suspended license and speeding. Kenneth was given an NTA and was released.
