* At 709 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Windsor, or 7
  miles northeast of Shelbyville, moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

  Windsor around 715 PM CDT.
  Mattoon around 725 PM CDT.
