Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Sheriff Kuhns stopped by for his monthly interview with a special guest, Catherine Bailey. She is becoming the Assistant EMA Effingham County Coordinator, as well as Public Information Officer. She will work with the National Weather Service and NOAA and many other agencies to help keep the public informed on not only severe weather events, but any emergency that may happen in the county.
