Illinois State Police arrested 28 year old Alicia J. Williams of Chicago for driving while license suspended and speeding 21-25mph over limit. Alicia was given an NTA and was released.
Illinois State Police arrested 33 year old Carl E. Smith of Brewton, AL for no valid license/permit – never issued. Carl was given an NTA and was released.
