- Illinois State Police arrested 25 year old Hannah K. Gray of Maryville for DUI alcohol, illegal possession or transportation of alcohol by driver, and parking where prohibited. Hannah was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43 year old Nicole R. Burcham of Charleston for an Effingham County FTA warrant for theft $500-$10k. Nicole was given an NTA and was released.
- Illinois State Police arrested 42 year old Roger D. Shick of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/physical contact. Roger was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 55 year old Kenton D. Ort of Mason for aggravated DUI – accident resulting in great bodily harm, illegal transportation or possession of alcohol by driver, improper lane usage, and improper operation of ATV. Kenton was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old James J. Mancinelli of Effingham for driving while license suspended. James was given an NTA and was released.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Reginald M. Hettinger of Lovington for an Effingham County FTA warrant for domestic battery/physical contact. Reginald was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41 year old Dartha J. Chagala Munoz of Lovington for an Effingham County FTA warrant for retail theft <$300, a Jasper County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, and a Coles County FTA warrant for retail theft. Dartha was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 21 year old Andrew R. McKee of Shumway for DUI alocohol. Andrew was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Altamont Police arrested 30 year old Klaiton P. Strullmyer of Farina for DUI alcohol and disobeying a traffic control device. Klaiton was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

Scott of Desoto for armed violence, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of <5g of meth, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended. Jacob was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 38 year old Adam R. Reynolds of Effingham for possession of <5g of meth, assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Adam was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Tyler T. Arnold of Effingham for DUI alcohol and expired driver’s license more than 1 year. Tyler was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
