IDOT’s Tim Hemmen Gives More Information On Banker Street Construction & Other Upcoming Projects

Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- As part of a series of monthly interviews, Tim Hemmen, Project Engineer with IDOT District 7, gives updates on area construction projects and road work. The Banker Street project continues, and other area projects are starting to get underway.
