Effingham County, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Illinois State Police Troop 9 responded to a three-vehicle crash on I-57 southbound at milepost 151 in Effingham County around 4:26 p.m. on February 19.
According to initial reports, two people were taken to a local hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities confirmed that traffic flow was not significantly impacted, as no lane closures were needed.
