Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Some milk products sold at Wawa gas station convenience stores are being recalled, because of a risk of soft plastic pieces in them.
The chain’s corporate executives say several of their stores in 4 states sold the 16-ounce Wawa Dutch Chocolate Milk, Wawa Chocolate Milk, Wawa Cookies N Cream Milk and Wawa Two Percent Reduced Fat Milk in plastic bottles. The recall was first announced Wednesday, and says the bottles all have a March 2nd 2026 printed date on them, or March 5th on the two percent milk bottle.
No reports of any cases of plastic pieces found in any sold.
