Night and Day Festival is set to return this summer, bringing live music and arts back to Roscommon with a full weekend programme. Organizers confirmed the event will take place in early summer, once again using the woodland setting at Clonalis House as its backdrop.
The lineup announcement places The Boomtown Rats at the top of the bill. The band, led by Bob Geldof, is expected to close out one of the main nights, marking a high-profile moment for the festival. Additional acts span indie, folk, electronic, and spoken word, continuing the event’s tradition of mixing established names with emerging artists.
Beyond music, the festival will feature comedy, wellness sessions, family activities, and local food vendors. Organizers say the aim is to offer a relaxed, multi-genre experience rather than a large-scale commercial event.
Night and Day Festival has grown steadily in recent years, becoming a regular fixture on Ireland’s summer calendar. Tickets are already on sale, with options available for day passes, weekend access, and on-site camping.
