
Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Delaine Donaldson of the Effingham County Cultural Center & Museum stopped by the studio to give details on an 18th Century justice from Virginia that left behind a legacy that led to a celebration 100 years later. John Marshall was best known for his decision in Marbury vs. Madison, but his impact was felt way beyond that one decision.
