- Effingham City Police arrested 32 year old Cole W. Hartke of Dieterich for DUI alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Cole was given an NTA and was released.
- Effingham City Police arrested 34 year old Crystal R. Snyder of Herrick for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of <5g of meth, a Clay County FTA warrant for contempt of court for failure to pay, and possession of meth and hypodermic needle. Crystal was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52 year old Laverne L. Verdeyen of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for accumulation of garbage/junk. Laverne posted bond and was released.

- Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Mandy R. Flach of Effingham for domestic battery and interfering with the reporting of domestic battery. Mandy was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Forrest M. Donaldson of Effingham for a Coles County FTA warrant for forgery. Forrest was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
- Effingham City Police arrested 26 year old Moises Valvuena of Effingham for retail theft. Moises was given an NTA and was released.
