Effingham, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Effingham Noon Rotarians received a county fair update at their December 3 meeting.
Fair Board President Phil Hartke shared information on the success of the fair. Hartke also shared plans to develop the former Fair Meadow Farm property east of the fairgrounds for use by those who might want to stay at the fairgrounds.
Beth Debolt served as Rotary weekly program chairman.
