EFFINGHAM COUNTY JAIL

December 6, 2025

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39 year old Lindsey J. M. Graham of Dieterich for an Effingham County warrant for contempt. Lindsey posted bond and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34 year old Jeffery R. Esker of Teutopolis for an Effingham County original warrant for predatory criminal sexual assault of a child. Jeffery was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

December 7, 2025

• Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Dalton G. Higgs of Benton for DUI alcohol. Dalton was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 56 year old Linda R. Wood of Altamont for driving while license suspended or revoked. Linda was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26 year old Diego Alexis Dolarte Vargas of Effingham for operating a vehicle with no valid license, permit, or restricted driving permit. Diego was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31 year old Destiny E. Kurilo of St. Elmo for aggravated assault and aggravated battery. Destiny was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham City Police arrested 41 year old Armando Paredes Flores of Laredo, TX for aggravated battery, DUI alcohol, and driving without a CDL. Armando was taken to the Effingham County Jail.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19 year old Naomi K. Boles of Effingham for aggravated battery. Naomi was taken to the Effingham County Jail.

December 8, 2025

• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37 year old Danna M. Petty of Effingham for driving while license revoked. Danna was given an NTA and was released.
• Effingham County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36 year old Eric E. Childress of Charleston for driving while license suspended and driving without insurance. Eric was given an NTA and was released.
• Illinois State Police arrested 55 year old Corwin L. Rice of St. Louis for a Calhoun County failure to pay fine warrant, possession  of cannabis by driver, and speeding over limit. Corwin posted bond and was released.
