Effingham City Police arrested 43 year old Joshua A. Monk of Effingham for an Effingham County FTA warrant for possession of meth/manufacturing material. Joshua posted bond and was released.
Effingham City Police arrested 30 year old Michael R. Clarkson of Effingham for driving while license revoked, leaving the scene of an accident, and harassment through electronic communications. Michael was given an NTA and was released.
