PRELIMINARY
- Preliminary investigative details indicate that Unit 1 was traveling west on US-50 at Worthey Street when her vehicle traveled across the center lane marking, across the eastbound lane of traffic, and off the south shoulder of the roadway. Unit 1 then struck a traffic sign, drove down into a ditch and came to rest.
