November 29, 2018
- Gayla S. Glowacki, 55, Cisne, was arrested on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Deceptive Practice. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.
December 3, 2018
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Samer Alqam, 27, Bloomington, California for Parking Where Prohibited. He was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Tyler Moert, 18, Louisville, for No Valid Registration and No Valid Driver’s License. He was given a Notice to Appear and released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Gunner Landreth, 19, Flora, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver’s License Suspended. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%) plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Kristina Cameron, 29, Effingham, on an outstanding Clay County Contempt warrant. Bond set at $100.00 cash. She posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Al J. Butts, 56, Kinmundy for Violation of Probation on the original charge of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine. Bond set at $5,000.00 (10%). He posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Charles E. Chase, 60, Clay City, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Driver’s License Revoked and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude a Peace Officer. Bond set at $3,000.00 (10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. He posted bond and was released.
December 4, 2018
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Julie Friend, 51, Geff, on an outstanding Clay County warrant for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Criminal Trespass to Land. Bond set at $3,000.00(10%), plus $75.00 warrant fee. She posted bond and was released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Michaola McPherson, 18, Noble, for Battery. She was given a Notice to Appear and released.
December 5, 2018
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Larry Barbee, 62, Louisville, for Louisville City Ordinance Dogs at Large. He was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court.
December 7, 2018
- the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 9:25 a.m. at the intersection of North Main Street and North 1st N.W., Clay City. Apparently Billy Slankard, 69, Clay City, operating a 2016 GMC truck was travelling north on North Main Street at N. 1st N.W., and started to make a left turn and was struck by a 2004 Buick, operated by Brittany McKnelly, 19, Flora. No injuries reported.
December 12, 2018
- the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 6:03 a.m. south of the intersection of U.S. Hwy 45 and Kinmundy Road. Apparently Jordan Noll, 26, Clay City, operating a 2006 Chevrolet was travelling south on Hwy 45 south of the Kinmundy Road, when he slowed to turn in to a private drive and was struck by a 2012 Chevrolet operated by Ryan Ballard, 41, Louisville. No injuries reported.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested Dawayne Knox, 39, Clay City for No Valid Driver’s License. He was given a Notice to Appear and released.
December 13, 2018
- the Clay County Sheriff’s Office was notified of a motor vehicle accident at 4:50 p.m. 17012 Hwy 45. Apparently Jeremy Gaddy, 39, Louisville, operating a 2004 Dodge Truck was travelling south on Rt 45, slowed to turned and was struck by another southbound vehicle, 2006 Dodge operated by Robert L. Wilson, 23, Farina. No injuries reported.
December 14, 2018
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Dawn Jarboe, 52, Herrick, for Use of Electronic Communication Device while Driving. She was given a Notice to Appear and released.
- Clay County Sheriff’s Deputy cited Davinder Singh, 24, Los Angeles, California for Disobeying a Traffic Control Device. He was given a Notice to Appear in Clay County Court and released.
