LOUISVILLE, IL-(Effingham Radio)- A Clay City man was arrested recently for Criminal Sexual Abuse.
According to a press release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office released on October 29th, 27 year old, Richard Grabowski, of Clay City was taken into custody by Clay County Sheriff’s Deputies on October 22nd for Criminal Sexual Abuse.
According to Judici.com, Grabowski appeared in Clay County Court on October 22nd, with the State’s Attorney and Attorney Elliott.
Grabowski was admonished on the penalties, rights, and charges and was charged with Criminal Sexual Assault of a Victim under the age of 13, a Class 2 Felony.
His bail was set at $200,000 with no contact with the victim, the victim’s family or residence, or any minors at that address whether bailed or not.
Attorney Elliott was appointed as the attorney for Grabowski.
Grabowski’s first appearance in court with counsel and a preliminary hearing was set for November 16th at 11am.
