VANDALIA, IL-(Effingham Radio)-Four people were recently sentence to time in the Illinois Department of Corrections by the Fayette County Court.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, 49 year old, Stephen G Keith, of Vandalia pled guilty to the offense of possession of Methamphetamine on October 22nd.
Keith was sentenced to 36 months to be served concurrent with another sentence of 36 months for a separate case in which he pled guilty to violating an order of protection.
Additionally, 22 year old, Curtis F Germain, of Kinmundy, 35 year old, Michael J Smalls, of Vandalia, and 35 year old, Geoffrey D Wagner, of Nokomis appeared in Fayette County Court on October 23rd.
Germain pled guilty to possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 24 months.
Smalls also pled guilty to possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 24 months.
Also, Wagner pled guilty to possession of Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 30 months.
All sentences will be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
