Chicago, IL -(Effingham Radio)- The University of Illinois-Chicago is the latest school in the state to try to get Illinois students to attend an Illinois university.
The school yesterday announced the Chancellor’s Fellows Program, which will provide a full scholarship to top high school graduates in the state.
The program is part of Illinois’ merit-based scholarship program that begins next fall.
