VANDALIA, IL-(Effingham Radio)- Two people were sentenced recently in Fayette County Court.
According to a press release from the Fayette County State’s Attorney’s Office, 41 year old, Terry Jophlin, of Vandalia pled guilty to the offense of obstruction of justice on October 2nd.
Jophlin was sentenced to 18 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
Additionally, 33 year old, Brian Scholes, of Vandalia pled guilty to the offense of unlawful possession of methamphetamine on October 2nd.
Scholes was sentenced to 48 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
