High School Volleyball
- Altamont defeated St. Anthony 25-12 26-24. Leading the way for Altamont Tinley Mette had 6 kills Grimsley had 10 digs and Kuhns had 11 assists For St. A they were lead by Meg Richards with 11 kills Abby Stock with 11 assists and Sophie Moore with 8 points. Altamont was also victorious in the in the JV contest 23-25 25-15 25-13 and the fresh/soph contest 25-18 25-19. Altamont improves to 12-7 overall.
- Windsor/Stew-Stras defeated CHBC 25-12 25-4 leading the way for W/SS was Megan Schlechte with 8 kills Mackenzi Tabbert with 19 assists and Carson Cole with 8 digs. CHBC would win the JV contest 18-25 25-21 25-20 and W/SS would take the fresh/soph contest 25-4 25-18. W/SS is now 13-3 overall on the season.
- Mt. Zion defeated Effingham 25-18 27-25. For Effingham leading the way was Jacy Boatman with 9 kills Carsyn Freaday with 22 assists and Lexi Chrappa with 8 digs. Mt. Zion also won the JV contest 24-22 21-19 and the fresh/soph contest 25-22 25-8.

- Altamont High School defeated Salem 7-0. Scoring for Altamont was Jason Burns and Donovan Delaney with 2 goals. Sebastion Thompson, Sam Mathesius and Noah Klimpel had added 1 goal as wellAltamont improves to 5-7-1 on the season.
High School Fresh/Soph Football
- Effingham defeated Olney 38-16. Leading the way for the Hearts was their rushing attack of Keegan Baker and Gabe Kihne Baker rushed 15 times for 109 yards, with 2 TD’s and Kihne rushed 8 times for 83 yards, and 2 TD’s Kihne would also catch 2 passes for 11 yards and a touchdown as well. QB Noah Jones was 7 for 12 for 66 yards with 1 TD and 2 Ints.
