High School Golf
- The Altamont boys golf team got a win over Ramsey 178-196. For the Indians Grant Schmidt took medalist honors with a 41, Tyler Stonecipher 43, Kevin Hall 46 and Addie Smith 48. For the Altamont girls it was Isabella Hosick 57 and Megan Williams 63.Altamont is now 11-5 overall on the season.
- In girls golf Effingham claimed a triangular victory with a score of 182 over St. Anthony who shot 189 and Mattoon shot a 198 at the Mattoon Country Club. Effingham’s Abbi Burgess shot a 44, Morgan Krouse 44, Ava Boehm 46 and Kennedy Collier 48. Non-scorers were Keira Hirtzel 51, Anna Sigg 55, Makayla Allie 59, Jaelyn Boone 66 and Shelby Stone 67.Scoring for St. Anthony Claire McHugh 46, Ava Wegman 47, Macy Ludwig 48 and Morgan Schuette 48. Non-scorers were Regan Westendorf 49 and Ellie Wegman 52.
- Teutopolis with a score of 179 was victorious in a triangular meet over Windsor and Shelbyville with a 188 at Cardinal Golf Course. Scoring for the Shoes were Jacob Herd and Carter Jansen both had 43, Asa Hanson had a 45 and Zach Ruholl a 48. Also for the Shoes Andy Niebrugge 50 and Drew Kerner 51 Derek Ozenkoski 52, Gavin Meyer 56.

Junior High Cross Country
- Effingham St. Anthony/Sacred Heart’s boys cross country team captured the South Central Conference Meet Title . SA/SH won with 20 points followed by Mattoon with a 57, Charleston with a 88, Effingham with a 150 and Teutopolis with a 164. St. Anthony/Sacred Heart Conlan Walsh lead the way in finishing in 2nd place with a time of 12:22.In the girls meet, Charleston won with 38 points followed by St. Anthony/Sacred Heart 45, Effingham 57 and Mattoon 118.
High School Soccer

Effingham lost against Lincoln 3-1. For Effingham Tucker Moeller scored the only goal via a penalty kick. Ethan Boggs with 5 saves.Effingham also dropped the JV game 3-1 as well.
High School Volleyball
- St. Anthony defeated Patoka 25-14 25-19. For St. A Abby Stock had 20 assists, 2 aces, and 3 kills and Meg Richards had 11 kills.
St. Anthony also won the JV contest 25-21 25-18
- Effingham defeated Mattoon 25-16 25-23. For Effingham Carayn Fearday had 22 assists, 1 ace, and 3 digs, Miranda Fox had 11 digs and Natalie Carie had 14 kills. Effingham is now 10-9 on the season.
Effingham also won the JV contest 25-17 25-18 and the Fresh/Soph contest ended in a tie with Mattoon taking the first set 21-17 and Effingham winning the 2nd set 21-11.
