Effingham, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Patton Printing & Graphics along with the Effingham Performance Center would like to congratulate BALDA Dental on winning the recently completed “Share the Love Contest.” Dan Patton of Patton Printing presented the award to Dr. Brian Balda on the afternoon of Tuesday, August 14th. The contest was a co-sponsored effort between Patton Printing & Graphics and the Effingham Performance Center (EPC) to give away an “EPC Mini Business Package,” which included four tickets to Happy Together Tour, two tickets to five other shows of BALDA’s choice, a full year of advertising on the EPC’s lobby boxes, and more.
The contest asked local, small businesses to gather their teams in their best hippie/60s garb and pose for a picture or record a video. There were several excellent entries, including the hippie bus created by Dieterich Bank; Bill Poss of Poss Music Works’ customized rendition of “This Land Is Our Land;” Dan Hecht Detail’s brilliant music video for “Happy Together;” Silk Purse Thrift Store’s version of “Barbara Ann;” and BALDA Dental’s groovy 60s attire. A random winner was chosen on August 1st, live on 97.9 XFM. Patton Printing and Effingham Performance Center would like to thank all of the businesses and their employees who entered the contest.
