EFFINGHAM, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham Public Library Board is set to meet on Monday, August 20th at 6:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will consider action on six items and will discuss five items.
The Board will consider action on the 2019 regular Library Board meeting schedule, a list of the 2019 Library holidays, ending the $3 fee for replacement of lost library cards, a 6 week trial of an 8am opening beginning on September 4th, updating Midland States Bank to allow Amanda McKay access to conduct inquiries via the phone with bank associates, and adding Johnna Schultz, Assistant Director, to Midland States Bank ACH Online Approval.
The Board will also discuss a recommendation of a new board member to fill Tyler Witges seat, the Summer Read Report, moving accounting services in-house, the Market Avenue update, and per-capita grant requirements.
The Effingham Public Library Board will be held in the Luttrell Meeting Room.
