TEUTOPOLIS, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Teutopolis Board of Trustees is set to meet on May 16th at 7:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will consider the approval of the May 2nd minutes.
The Board will then hear reports from the Treasurer and Village Foreman and the Board Report.
The Board will then hear from Lee Beckman regarding the Route 40 turn lane.
Additionally, the Board will consider four items of new business.
These are a motion to award the MFT street maintenance oil and rock to Larry Heuerman, consider approving a Poppy Proclamation for May 25th, review a petition from neighbors requesting that the 40 foot easement to the west of Columbus remain open, and consider approving a request from Fred Honaker for a recycling event on June 9th.
The Teutopolis Board of Trustees meets in the Village Hall on Main Street.
