TEUTOPOLIS, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Teutopolis Board of Trustees are set to meet on May 2nd at 7:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will consider the approval of the April 18th minutes.
The Board will also hear reports from the Building Official and Village Foreman.
The Board will hear from Mary Lou Esker regarding an unnamed street west of Columbus Street.
Additionally, the Board will consider five items of new business.
These are a resolution that closes Route 40 for the Knights of Columbus Parade, a motion to award a bid for the 2018 street stockpile maintenance program, reviewing the audit agreement letter from Mark Kenter, CPA, an Ordinance amending the “Code of Teutopolis” regarding refuse, junk, nuisances, and weeds, and an Ordinance for fiscal year 2019.
The Teutopolis Board of Trustees meets in the Village Hall on Main Street.
