MOLINE, IL -(Effingham Radio)- Prince’s family is suing one of the Quad Cities’ largest hospitals for not properly treating his 2016 overdose.
The singer’s family filed the lawsuit last Friday against UnityPoint Health-Trinity Hospital in Moline.
The lawsuit doesn’t include many actual claims, instead it says that doctors didn’t do enough to address Prince’s April 15th, 2016, opioid overdose on his way back from a concert in Atlanta.
Prince died a week later from a fentanyl overdose at his home in Minneapolis.
