BROWNSTOWN, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Brownstown Board of Education met on Monday, April 16th.
During the meeting, the Board gave approval on four items.
These are a membership in the IESA for 2018-2019, purchase of a mower, that the amended budget be on display, and that a public hearing be held on the amended budget on June 18th.
The Board then appointed their Negotiation Team, reviewed their summer maintenance projects, and conducted the first reading of the Board Policy Updates.
The Board then hired Lane Himes and Jacob Baron as student summer janitorial help.
