EFFINGHAM COUNTY, IL-(Effingham Radio)- The Effingham County Board is set to meet on Monday at 4:00pm.
During the meeting, the Board will recognize those that wish to speak on agenda and non-agenda items.
The Board will then hear discuss a resolution that honors Joyce Roedl for 25 years of service with the Effingham County Health Department.
They will then consider an ordinance regarding the salary schedule for elected officials and a resolution declaring Law Day on May 3rd.
Additionally, the Board will discuss a resolution regarding the support of the Second Amendment.
They will also consider decreasing the Economic Development Advisory Board by 1 member without Committee recommendation before making appointments to the Watson Fire Protection District Trustees, Altamont Fire Protection District Trustees, and the Ethics Commission.
The Effingham County Board meets in the Third Floor Meeting Room of the Effingham County Office Building in Downtown Effingham.
