The Effingham City Council is set to meet tonight at 6:00pm.
During the meeting, the Council will consider action on the Omnibus Vote Agenda. This includes the 2017 Annual Report, an ordinance regulating mobile food service, and an ordinance that establishes new water rates for wholesale water customers. The Council will also discuss possibly making a monetary donation to the Effingham Noon Rotary in the amount of $15,000 for the 2018 Community Fireworks Display. The Council will then hear the quarterly reports, reports from commissioners, reports from staff, and mayoral proclamations.
