Effingham, Ill. Yesterday, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department arrested Anthony D. Foote, 22 of Watson.
Foote is now facing charges of Aggravated Domestic Battery, Threatening a Public Official, and Attempt to Obstruct/Disarm a Police Officer (Class 3 Felonies)
According to Effingham States’ attorney Brian Kibler the arrest came after Foote allegedly pushed, and kicked his girlfriend.
Once police arrived Foote allegedly threatened to Murder an unnamed County Deputy.
While this is the latest on Foote, this is not the first time he has appeared in Effingham County Court.
According to Judici.com, Foote has made numerous appearances in court for multiple violations spanning back to 2012.
Foote is now in custody with a bond of $50,000.
Foote’s initial appearance in court is set for February 14, at 10 a.m.
