- 22 Year-old Anthony D Foote of Watson was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for possession of cannabis (10-30 grams). Foote was given a notice to appear in court.
- 21 Year-old Robert J Beckler III of Sigel was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for failure to appear on an original warrant of posession of amount of a controlled substance (excluding A/D),and failure to appear in Shelby County court. Beckler is currently in Jail
- 28 Year-old Dennis W Conway of Herrick was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for contempt of court, and failure of a drug test. Conway posted $1000.
- 29 Year-old Krystina R Anderson of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear on an original warrant of driving under intoxication (Alcohol/Drug). Anderson is currently in Jail.
- 37 Year-old Bonnie A Swofford of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for failure to appear on an original warrant of possession of methamphetamine, attachment for contempt in Effingham County, 4 counts of Deceptive Practic in Jasper County, and failure to appear in Shelby County Court for bad checks/obtaining control of property. Swofford is currently in Jail.
- Ronald C. Webb of Pana was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for driving with a suspended license, possession of ammo by a felon, possession of methamphetamine, and failure to appear on an original warrant of operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Webb is currently in Jail.
- 31 Year-old Aaron P Broadnax of Effingham was arrested by the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department for Drug Sanction and sent for 24 hours. Broadnax is currently in Jail.
- 22 Year-old Nicholas S Deweese of Altamont was arrested by the Effingham Police Department for failture to appear in Jasper County on an original warrant lack of a rear registration plate. Deweese posted $275
