Four Mattoon residents were arrested for burglarizing a vehicle that was located on the Mattoon Police Department impound lot.
According to a release from the Mattoon Police Department, 47 year old, Jeffrey A. Marlow was arrested in the 2300 block of Richmond Ave at 4:19pm on Wednesday. Marlow allegedly broke into a vehicle that was located on the Mattoon Police Department’s impound lot and stole items that were inside. Three other suspects, 36 year old Elizabeth C. Herring, 37 year old Shonna M. Killen, and 42 year old Brian R. Waldrop, were arrested as well. Herring and Killen were arrested at 5:00pm and 10:46pm on Wednesday, respectively. Waldrop was arrested on Thursday.
All four suspects were charged with burglary to a motor vehicle.
