The inductees for the Country Music Hall of Fame were announced on Wednesday, April 5th.
This year, the inductees are Alan Jackson, the late Jerry Reed, and Don Schlitz. Jackson is known for his hits Remember When, Chattahoochee, and Drive. Reed is known for hits East Bound and Down, Amos Moses, and When You’re Hot, You’re Hot. Schlitz wrote the hit songs The Gambler (Kenny Rogers), When You Say Nothing At All (Keith Whitley), and Forever and Ever, Amen (Randy Travis).
The official induction ceremony will be on October 22nd.
